All persons on the TFCM grounds must follow all area rules or they may be trespassed from the property.
Check in/check out
All persons camping at the TFCM area must register with the site host. The camp host should also be informed if leaving early.
Quiet hours (no noise or bright lights)
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am weekdays and 11pm to 8am weekends
General rules
As we aim to foster a wholesome environment, we strictly prohibit any alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs on the property. Anyone found to be using any of these will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Tobacco must be used only in a way that does not disturb others, damage property, or litter.
This is a Christian gathering and any behavior which is inconsistent with Biblical morals is discouraged and if not curbed may result in being asked to leave. Examples: profane language, secular music, bad attitude toward others, vandalism, sexual behavior, aggression toward others, etc.
Personal dress and attire: TFCM asks that all persons on the property dress modestly out of respect for others. Clothing may not promote drugs, alcohol, smoking, sexual behavior. Clothing should also not be worn that accentuates sexual attractiveness or exposes breast or buttocks to public view. Any clothing that is deemed inappropriate by the site host or TFCM board member must be replaced or the individual will be asked to leave the property.
All people must remain on the grass covered area and may not venture into the fields around the TFCM. All people must remain on the south side of the fence along Highway 14
Fires allowed in established fire pits only or portable fire pits pre-approved by camp host.
Dogs and other pets must be quiet and leashed. Animal waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
All persons on grounds must cover their own liability and assume all risk of all activities on the property.
Adult Supervision is required for: children under 10, animals/pets, fires, and cooking.
Vehicle Rules
Parking is allowed in designated areas only. Overflow parking is available on the south end of the property
No vehicle shall exceed 10 mph
No ATV’s and other off-road vehicles allowed without prior approval.
Bikes/scooters are only allowed on roads but not on grass.
Storm plan
In the event of a tornado warning, the site host will inform all on site to seek shelter off the property as no storm facilities are available onsite. If attendees live within 10 minutes of the site it is recommended that to go home. If not, the site host will let you know where the closest shelter is.
Fire plan
All fires shall be extinguished prior to leaving the camp pit. Water barrels are available for extinguishing fires. There is also a fire blanket by the shed for grass or grease fires.
In the event of a structure fire, please evacuate to a location on the opposite side of the property from the fire and call 911. Do not leave the property via vehicle as your exit may impede firefighter’s arrival. Account for all individuals in your group and report anyone who is missing to the site host or the fire department. Do not go back into any structure that is on fire.
